Long Beach Iced Tea Drink Recipe

That sounds wonderful! I found this recipe in a book years ago, and just checking now I see a couple of other websites have recipes much like this one. But pineapple and Midori… that really sounds delicious.

Long Beach Iced Tea Drink Recipe

The Long Beach Iced Tea is like a Long Island Iced Tea, except you swap the cola for cranberry juice. It's a tart, refreshing drink. It's also madly strong, so if you want to make it more of a standard drink, just use an ounce and a half of one of the white liquors and leave the rest out.

Ingredients

• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce gin
• 1 ounce tequila
• 1/2 ounce triple sec
• 1/2 ounce white rum
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• Fill with cranberry juice

Instructions

1. Put everything but the cranberry juice into a shaker half filled with ice.
